his daughter’s book, Tony admitted he was not shocked by the revelations.
‘Am I amazed? Probably not,’ he said.
‘I’m sort of trying to take all of this in. After all, its my daughter we’re
talking about. If it was somebody else, it would be a different story
altogether. I’d be so excited.
‘I’ve been round the block a few times. I understand how these things happen.’
Another passage in the book revealed a very awkward encounter between Phil’s male
flatmate and Jackie’s mother Julie.
‘My mum came over once and when no one answered
the door, she put her face to the screen to see inside and that
flatmate was right there in the living room, pants down,
w***ing,’ a shocked Tony read.
The revelations come after Jackie spoke for the first time about her
years-long battle with drugs which saw her secretly go to rehab at The Betty Ford Clinic in November in 2022.
